Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packaged in its original packaging.
Return within three (3) days and replacement within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please take a photo and send the product along with the specified city, address, and order number so that it can be replaced with another product in case the product is damaged, defective, or not used according to the agreement.

A deduction of 30% or at least 25 dirhams will apply if the customer decides they no longer want the product and the product has no defects or issues as stated.
