When will my order be delivered?

It depends on the shipping company selected and the delivery provider. We work with a group of delivery partners based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is international shipping available?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to selected cities listed on our shipping page.
You can request international shipping by contacting our store team via WhatsApp, providing them with the product’s weight and the shipping rates for international carriers not currently registered with our store.

What if there's a manufacturing defect?

You should read our Return Policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges.
In case of a manufacturing defect and if the product qualifies for return, the company’s shipping fee is calculated, and the shipping cost is refunded to the customer. The product's value is not refunded, in accordance with our return policy.

I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?

Yes! For large quantity orders, we offer delivery service and discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on selected items.
